It is our belief that desired results can only be measured by the client. Therefore, we use a "pay as you go" philosophy so that the client can seek coaching when and if they feel the need for improved performance.
Aim for Excellence uses an intake interview process to ensure that a client-coach relationship will be beneficial to both the client and coach.
Frequency of coaching sessions can vary depending on the goals of the client. For business professionals, 1 session per month is typical. For athletes, 2 sessions per week is common.
